Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Guidelines
Essential Utilities Required
Electricity and running water must be available at the time of service. These utilities are necessary for us to perform a proper and thorough cleaning. If we arrive and find that either electricity or water is unavailable, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
Empty Home Requirement
The home must be completely empty prior to our arrival. Any remaining belongings or trash may result in additional charges.
Communication Regarding Left-Behind Items
If items have been unintentionally left in the home, please notify us before your scheduled cleaning. Some items may hold personal value, and we want to avoid accidentally discarding them.
Intentionally Left Items
If certain items are intentionally left behind, please inform us of their location in advance so they can remain undisturbed. Please note that we are not responsible for any items discarded during the cleaning process if prior notice is not provided.
Garage Cleaning
Our move-in/move-out cleaning services focus exclusively on the interior of the home. Garage cleaning is not included. If garage services such as sweeping are requested, an additional fee will apply.

What’s Included in Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Kitchen
- Thorough cleaning of countertops, backsplash, and sink
- Cleaning and sanitizing appliances inside and out (oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer)
- Wiping down cabinet interiors and exteriors
- Cleaning and disinfecting hanging light fixtures
- Wiping down and disinfecting all kitchen surfaces
Bathrooms
- Cleaning and disinfecting sinks, countertops, and vanities
- Scrubbing and disinfecting toilets, including base and lid
- Cleaning and sanitizing showers, bathtubs, and tile
- Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces
- Polishing fixtures, faucets, and hardware
- Emptying and cleaning trash bins
Living Areas & Bedrooms
- Dusting and wiping down all surfaces
- Dusting walls
- Cleaning ceiling fans
- Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces
- Vacuuming carpets
- Mopping hard floors
- Cleaning reachable light fixtures
- Wiping down light switches
- Wiping down doors and doorknobs
General Areas
- Cleaning interior windows and window sills
- Dusting and cleaning blinds
- Dusting and cleaning baseboards
- Cleaning doors and door frames
- Removing cobwebs from ceilings and corners
- Vacuuming and mopping all floors
A deep, detailed cleaning is performed throughout the home.
Service Exclusions
Please note the following services are not included in move-in/move-out cleanings:
- Wall washing
- Exterior cleaning
- Post-construction or renovation cleaning
